Where do you ship?
We ship to any address in Canada. We do not ship outside of Canada.
What are the differences between generics and branded sex aids?
In our case, there are no differences in terms of efficacy. We use the EXACT same ingredients as the big brands except we charge A LOT less. You’ll also notice our tablets are more “generic” in appearance, but once you use them, you’ll quickly find they work exactly as advertised!
What payments do you accept?
At this time, we only accept e-transfers. Upon placing an order, you will be given e-transfer instructions. Your order will ship as soon as payment is complete.
Is your packaging discrete?
The box in which your product arrives in is 100% discrete. It will not mention the product nor this website. It will not have any reference to sexual aids in any way.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, once your order ships, a tracking link will be emailed to you. Please not tracking information sometimes requires time to propagate. Please allow 24 hours if you’re not seeing an update!

Will my product be shipped from within Canada?
Yes. This also ensures that your product is guaranteed to arrive.
How do I know your product is safe?
We test every batch for quality assurance. We also use our own products, so it goes without saying that we’re very serious about ensuring we adhere to the highest possible standard of safety and efficacy.
Do I need to have a prescription?
No. There is no need for unnecessary conversations with doctors just to get a prescription for an overpriced brand. Simply place your order with SHAFT and we’ll ship to your address!
How long are the expiry dates?
When kept at room temperature and outside of the sun, our product will last a minimum of 2 years from your purchase date.
I placed my order but did not recieve any emails, what gives?
Allow a few hours for confirmation emails to arrive. Also, check your spam folder! If 24 hours has passed since you placed your order without a confirmation email, you can contact us directly at sales@yourshaft.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it.
